Early-access privacy notice

Updated October 6, 2026

What you share

Requesting early access provides your email address. You may also share your name, company, and workflow interest. The signup stores limited campaign attribution, such as a campaign name or the page button you used. Contact requests store your email address, request type, and message.

How it is used

The ReplyTrace team uses signup information to review pilot requests and contact you about pilots and product availability. Contact information is used to respond to your request. Requesting access does not create a product account or a paid subscription.

Website measurement

First-party analytics record page views, button clicks, example-panel interactions, and signup-step completion. Event records contain an event name, an approved page path, predefined interaction labels, a broad acquisition channel, and a timestamp. They do not contain email addresses, names, company fields, full query strings, or referrer URLs. There are no analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable event collection.

Where it is stored

Signup information, contact requests, and analytics events are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database controlled by ReplyTrace. Session storage retains limited campaign attribution for the current browser tab; local storage keeps your theme preference. Cloudflare processes request metadata to operate and secure the site. IP addresses are used for temporary edge rate limiting and are not saved in the signup, contact, or analytics tables.

Retention and your requests

Signup details are kept while early-access recruitment is active, unless you request removal. Analytics events are deleted after 90 days and contact requests after 180 days. Use the contact form to request correction or removal of your signup information. The team may confirm ownership before making changes. You can also reply to an early-access message from the team.

Product data is separate

This notice covers the marketing website and early-access list. Invited pilots will receive the terms and data-handling details for their workspace before setup. Local tools may use hosted model providers; local execution is not a promise that product data stays entirely on your computer.
